Refund Policy

Effective for policy version 2026-07-21. Camera Recipe delivers digital, manually entered camera instructions rather than a physical product.

Default eligibility

A customer-service refund request is eligible by default only when all of these conditions are met:

• the request is made within seven days of the original purchase;
• no permanent Recipe unlock from that purchase has been consumed; and
• no private paid parameter has been viewed through access granted by that purchase.

Cancellation is independent from refund eligibility. Cancelling an annual membership stops renewal and preserves access through the current paid period; it does not automatically issue a refund.

How to request a review

Contact support@camerarecipe.com with the account email, internal Camera Recipe order ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card numbers, PayPal credentials, or other provider secrets. Support verifies delivery and usage evidence before initiating any eligible refund with Stripe or PayPal.

Applicable law and payment-provider requirements override this default when required. Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, and failed renewals can revoke corresponding unearned access and cancel or reverse pending referral rewards.

Owner approval of this policy and confirmation of the support address are required before launch.
