Effective for policy version 2026-07-21. These English terms are a launch draft. The merchant owner must approve the copy, legal identity, and support address before sales are enabled.
Camera Recipe provides digital instructions for manually entering photographic settings into compatible Fujifilm, Sony, and Ricoh cameras. Delivery is through your Camera Recipe account after confirmed payment. No physical item, Lightroom preset, LUT, automatic camera file, or shipping service is included.
All displayed prices and charges are in United States dollars (USD).
Annual memberships renew automatically through the payment provider until cancelled. You may cancel renewal from your account; access continues through the current paid period. Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund.
Check the camera-body guidance, feature requirements, exclusions, and tutorial on each Recipe before purchase or unlock. Results vary with camera, firmware, lens, light, exposure, and subject. Recipes are for personal use and access may not be transferred, resold, shared, scraped, or republished.
The Refund Policy explains the default seven-day eligibility rule for digital products. Applicable law and payment-provider requirements override the default where required. A refund, reversal, dispute, or failed renewal may remove the corresponding unearned access.
Referral qualification is separate from marketing attribution. A referred customer must make a qualifying annual purchase or verified Starter upgrade and remain eligible through the stated confirmation period. Starter alone does not qualify. Fraud, self-referral, refund, reversal, or dispute may prevent or reverse a reward. Rewards are account-bound, non-transferable, and subject to the published milestone and founder-cap rules.
